Based in London, I’m a passionate CX strategist, dedicated to crafting meaningful experiences throughout the entire customer journey.

With a focus on CX/UX design, building innovative and seamless digital experiences for both the user and for business.

  • With more than five years of experience as a User Experience & Visual Designer, I have led numerous projects from the initial discovery phase through to final delivery, ensuring seamless execution at every stage.

    My expertise spans crafting responsive websites and apps guided by North Star concepts, leveraging user research, interviews, wireframes, prototypes, usability testing, and QA testing to deliver user-centric solutions that drive results.

    I have collaborated with a diverse range of clients and industries, including: FinTech, Banking and Finance, Healthcare, Insurance (Corporate & Personal), Professional Sports, Retail, Travel, Agriculture, Energy, Mining, and Education.

  • At university I studied BA (Hons), Industrial and Product Design. This academic foundation instilled a deep appreciation for designing with users' needs at the forefront, emphasising the seamless interplay between form, function, and experience.

    I discovered a profound interest in how technology transforms interactions and experiences, sparking a passion for the digital realm. This fascination ultimately steered my career toward user experience design and strategy where I could merge my background in physical product design with the dynamic opportunities of the digital landscape.
