About me
Hi, I’m Robin, a London-based CX Strategist and Product Designer with over five years of experience creating intuitive, user-first digital experiences. My background spans CX, UX, UI and marketing, giving me a well-rounded perspective on how design connects business goals with real human needs.
I specialise in end-to-end experience design, blending research, strategy, and visual craft to deliver seamless journeys that work for both users and businesses. I’ve worked across a wide range of industries including fintech, private banking, fashion, healthcare, education, insurance, travel, and energy, always aiming to solve meaningful problems through thoughtful, well-executed design.
Originally trained in Industrial Product Design (BA Hons, Coventry), I bring a physical-world sensitivity to digital challenges, ensuring that every touchpoint feels considered, intentional, and human.
Outside of work, I’m active and sport-focused you’ll find me playing golf, dodgeball, touch rugby, rounders, or tennis, depending on the season. I’m also a big fan of building custom PCs, gaming, and hiking in Scandinavia (especially Norway’s fjords)
